Her signature Italian dishes including handmade white pizza have earned her a growing reputation in Pennsylvania and New jersey area.Chef Smurf has been honing her skills in Kosher Soul Food since her early days in her grandmother’s kitchen. With a passion for creating traditional flavors with a modern southern twist they created many of the amazing dishes you see today. The menu is filled with signature dishes straight from her family’s heart and soul. After 10 years working in the best kitchens in Philadelphia mastering the world of culinary arts and advance butchery techniques, she decided to open her own company. Smurf Kitchen is a Philadelphia based full-service catering and event management company. They proudly serve the community through outreach, youth training, recipe development courses, and knife skill training.
